How can I schedule a pick up?To schedule a pick up, please call our lab at (516) 437-5555. We provide same day pick up and delivery services to offices located in Long Island, Manhattan, Queens, Bronx, Brooklyn, and in certain parts of New Jersey. For offices located outside of those areas you can send us a package via Fedex, USPS, or UPS. If unsure call our lab to find out if your office can schedule a pick up.

What are your turnaround times?Please allow 10-12 business days for turnarounds. If a case needs to be rushed, or if you have a question please call us at (516) 437-5555.
